Jose came to a swift & sound resolution and I was in and out very quickly. I had the pleasure of dealing with him today as he helped me upgrade a line, update some account billing info and he was kind enough to help me upgrade my internet box while I was there. It’s been couple hours and I’ve gotten used to the new phone and already seamlessly connected my new Verizon internet box at home. 10/10 experience thanks to Jose and how precise, professional, and caring he was.
