We switched our 3 phone lines from T-Mobile to Total Wireless and I couldn't be happier. I live in West Boca and the internet is FAR better than I had with T-Mobile. And I haven't had one dropped call since I switched to Total Wireless. The savings were so great that I was able to sign up for the Netflix premium plan and still save money. They have great plans and services, plus the 5G connection is super fast! I'd say it's a game changer! Jeff and Lisa helped me out, and they were both incredibly knowledgeable about everything. It felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Also, I was impressed by the huge selection of accessories they had. From cases to chargers, they have everything you might want. They explained the plans very well and guided me in which direction I should go, I decided to go with the plan with the unlimited hotspot and international calling and roaming. The process of switching my line over from a different carrier was super easy and I left the store with my phone already working! They were even kind enough to sign me up for their rewards program. It was a great experience and I will be going back for all my cellular needs!! Thank you Jeff and Lisa!!! Also, the total wireless service has been great! I believe better than Metropcs so far!!!
