  Eric was really helpful, friendly, and got us a bonus number when we just got in to transfer an old server company to a Verizon device. Will definitely go back to this location again.

  We just happened to be in Daytona and stopped into the Verizon store here to get a watch upgraded and our sales rep happened to be the SAME gentleman that helped us get a new phone about a month or so ago in the palm coast store. We were so excited. Because he is probably the best customer service experience we've ever had! He made both experiences fun and easy and he deserves a better chair to sit in and a promotion. 😁 I don't exaggerate when it comes to these situations as I've had some pretty terrible ones. His name is Dylan and I highly recommend seeking him out. We will probably drive to whatever store he happens to be posted at from here out when we need something!!

  My husband was having some difficulty with his headphones connecting to his phone. After trying to troubleshoot the problem ourselves, we ended up at the Verizon store near the Tanger outlets in Daytona Beach. We were promptly and professionally greeted and helped by Dylan L. He definitely knows what he is doing. He was able to resolve the problem to our satisfaction within just a few minutes. In addition, Dylan L went above and beyond in explaining other Verizon features that us elderly were not aware of. Dylan L is a rare exemplary employee that Verizon is lucky to have. Thanks Dylan, you are the best!!

  Wow...Stunned by the great rep at this Verizon location Dylan L ! I was so pleased that he was able to restore the wired audio function on the USB-C Port on my Verizon phone. Dylan also explained features that I was never aware that were available on my phone. Also I accepted an upgrade at a special price for Verizon Unlimited Cloud Storeage. This rep was so knowledgeable that when I returned to my vehicle and was struggling with the new dashboard settings menu, I said to my wife we should have taken Dylan with us and he would figured it all out in 2 minutes. Also the store was very peaceful and serene. All.customers and reps were perfectly polite and professional. Great Verizon Store!

  Pleasant staff and location. Jasmine was outstanding. She was professional and thorough with setting up many current and future devices. She even came out to our new car to set up the new phone for us—amazing service! We will continue to use Verizon, its affiliated products, and follow Jasmine to other locations because of this wonderful rarely seen these days, customer service!
