  Don't waste your time. AppleCare scheduled an appointment for me to get my iPhone fixed. I drove over 45 minutes to get to Best Buy. I arrived well before my appointment time and checked in. I waited over an hour to be seen. AppleCare had informed me it was a hardware issue not a software issue, but when I finally saw a Geek Squad "tech" he made me update my software which took over an hour. He then of course realized it was a hardware issue and said he needed to order front and rear cameras for the phone. Said it would take three days for them to come and and they would call so I could schedule another appointment to get it fixed. It has been over a week and no one has called to inform me the part is in. I can not get anyone at Best Buy to assist and it is impossible to get anyone at Geek Squad to respond. The absolute worst service I have ever had in my life.

  Keep rescheduling you, offer same day repair through apple but when it’s time to drop off they say it’s a 24hr turn around period. Go somewhere else.

  Make sure you make an appointment (something they don’t tell you until you get to the counter after waiting 30 mins in line). Hand over your device and pay an absurd amount of money for a trivial fix (reinstall windows for $100). Wait 5 days for the work to be done (they called me on the fifth day to say they had begun working on my device and it would take 2 hours). Oh and when your device is ready don’t forget to make an appointment to simply be handed your device after you’ve already waited days and paid hundreds (they made me wait 2 hours, checking in people behind me while I stared at my computer 10 feet away).

  I had an appointment at geek squad in Daytona Beach Fl today. My schedule changed and I arrived an hour early.- I was checked in within five minutes and while I was waiting, I was listening to, and watching the interaction between the geek squad and customers. Obviously customers are on various levels of experience with computers. I have to say I was so impressed with the professional way that they spoke with customers and their kindness interacting with them. Finally, it was my turn and I was waited on by a young man named Sujay! I give him a big five star review. He’s knowledgeable, he’s courteous, he is personable, and apparently he loves his job because it shows. Great hire geek squad.! thanks for fixing my computer

  After my computer encountered a fatal boot error, I was told by a local shop that it was completely unrecoverable and that all my data was gone. I took my computer here for a second opinion, and not only did they recover all of my data, but they brought my computer back to life! All the associates I spoke to were extremely kind and helpful, and I'm beyond ecstatic that my computer is back up and running; I genuinely thought it was a lost cause and had mentally written it off. Thank you so much, Geek Squad!
