Great and efficient service. I arrived for my appointment and advised Wyatt what my issue was. He quickly determined it would be an easy solution and he would get the reset started so that I wouldn’t have to wait til I was called to start the process. He saved me at least 15 minutes by doing this. When it was my turn, Charles helped me and got the paper work filled out while my iPad finished the reset process. They were both efficient and got me on my way quickly.

Terrible service. Had an appointment time they booked five other people the same time with only three workers horrible experience.

Booking an appointment online does not make you wait less waited three hours for an appointment time of 1:40 booked a week in advance waited three hours terrible service.

Honestly, terrible experience they book 4 to 5 people per hour for appointment times when they only have three workers ridiculous waited three hours for them to tell me oh we gotta order you a part come back another day. don’t even bother.

I took my HP PC which I purchased from BB 6 month ago with a minor problem that I had with the cursor. I was the only one in line . I explained my issue to the young man there . He looked that he was in a hurry and told me that was a Microsoft problem and couldn’t fix it . I didn’t believe him because he didn’t even tried. I went to the family tech company down the street in orange av and nova and the person there fix it in 3 minutes.
