- PSpf simsJun 21, 20255.0After a minus 1star experience at the cricket store on Nova and Beville, with the employee (supposedly and shockingly a store manager as well) I came to this Daytona Beach location. I will no longer ever go to the Beville location even though both owned by same owner. I almost left Cricket wireless altogether after the terrible encounter and experience with Chad. Big kudos and I commend the cricket employee Wilma rue at this location. She provided the simple request I had attempted to receive from Chad at the Nova road location 10minutes prior. She did it effortlessly, efficient and with excellent customer service and a smile. If David/Dave is the owner of this location, please know Wilmarie is a rockstar in providing not only great service, but in my case service recovery after your poor manager/employee’s behavior prior. Because of her I and other family have decided to stay with cricket service. Thank you Wilmarie. Also I completely understand we all have bad days, and I’ve been working in the service industry with public for over 45 years, never would I have thought to speak to someone as Chad did. I hope he will change and improve with some service coaching from his boss.

When we walked in we were greeted at the door with welcoming smiles. Natasha was was training, her trainer was very thorough with explaining the process.
