    At the moment, I'm very disappointed with installation and haul away service from Best Buy concerning my purchase of a refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher. All 4 have been delivered, but Best Buy (or Geek Squad) has failed to do the installs scheduled for last Saturday (2 days ago) or the haul-away today. On Saturday they say they came but weren't allowed into the apartment building (I was here the entire day and received one text message announcing when they would arrive, but no communication after that). Today, the website said the technician for the haul-away would arrive at 12:06. At 12:30 the site was updated to say 12:39. At 1:35 the site said no ETA was available. So at 3:30 I called to reschedule, and was told their system couldn't do that at the moment. This has become a nightmare. My tiny kitchen and dining room are clobbered because I have both the old and new large appliances (8 in all) crowding both rooms for nearly a week. I am well past the point of wishing I'd bought elsewhere and am very close to canceling the whole order.

    My family has been a long term customer of Best Buy but we no longer will be. On 2-16-26 my husband went to this store with our 4 year old son to purchase games for his Nintendo switch. He was told by an employee of the store that the Nintendo 2 games would work for our Nintendo switch 1. He confirmed multiple times with the employee. He purchased 3 games for $180. When he got home, he opened the package to put one of the games in. It did not work. He opened another game and tried it. Also would not work. The following morning I went to BestBuy with the games and receipt and was told I could not return the opened games due to them being opened because of a copy right concern. We had the games for less than 24 hours. I contacted the corporate office by phone where the employee could barely understand me and informed me there was nothing they could do about it. As a business owner myself, I find it unacceptable for large corporate to handle this in such a manner. When BestBuy employees give their customers the wrong information, it’s the customers who have to pay for it.

    James is my go to guy for EVERYTHING! He has helped me with my new kitchen appliances and pointed out the beautiful color juniper set they have! He’s helped me with computers, TVs, speakers, and literally anything else I need. He’s so knowledgeable and always has the perfect input with great interior design and what’s the new best thing. Like I told him, HE NEEDS TO BE THE MANAGER! His customer service goes above and beyond. As a first time homeowner, James has made home improvements so much easier and less scarier! He’s a breath of fresh air. Grateful for him and all his help at this Best Buy, it’s only great bc of him ❤️🙏

    I walked into Best Buy Daytona today where a kind employee named Lamonte was at the tech counter. I asked if he could help me. He graciously replied, "yes". Unbeknown to him he was going to need a lot of patience to persevere through the challenges ahead. I was trying to view my iphone Photos on my computer without having to AirDrop, which is a very timely process. I wanted to know if there was a cord that I could purchase to view my photos on my iPhone like I use to view my iPhone on the TV. Lamonte patiently persistented with the task on my computer and referring to his iphone for assistance until he finally accomplished the task at hand which took much of his time. When I thanked him for his time and patience, he kindly replied he was stocking the shelves and was not part of the tech support group. Lamonte's kindness and persistence was way over and above anything that I expected. Thank you, Thank you Lamonte . I so appreciated meeting you today and Best of luck to you on your future endeavors. Best Buy, I want you to know that you have a wonderful gentleman representing your business at this store. ❤️

    I'm on my vacation and I needed help from The geek squad. Noah, was happy to help me. Even though I didn't have an appointment. He took time to find out what my concern was and he fixed it immediately. Probably seem like a little task for him but for me it saved my vacation. He could not have been better or more helpful. Also, McKayla, was very friendly and accommodating, she also helped out. Finally, I needed to find a special adapter and Marshal went out of his way to take me to where the adapter was located and then explain the features of the different products and what might be best for me. Even my cashier, Jesse, was excellent. You can certainly trust the people at this location to be honest and help you out with your needs. It's obvious that the manager here has created a culture of providing excellent customer service. Sometimes I can get prices cheaper at other places but nowhere can I find the service as I do here at Best buy.
