Wowie Zowie! I am not over-exaggerating: Best Buy's Total Tech Premium membership is the G.O.A.T for a household that doesn't have a resident family geek living inside. My MacBook Pro mysteriously and suddenly filled its hard drive with 800+ gigabytes of System Data. This came as quite a surprise to me as I have a Terabyte disk drive and I personally only use 60 GB and regularly housekeep my system. By the time I detected it I did not have enough disk space to test what was happening to me., much less delete data. Geek Squad (thank you especially to Sam) to the rescue. Sam was able to unclog 800 GB just by clearing out my log files (error messages from crash reports, etc. one-use messages) and - this is key- WITHOUT RESETTING THE SYSTEM . So cool. They ended my no-computer pain quickly and got me up and running with minimal work on my end. Believe me- i know there are short cuts they could have taken at my expense -- they did not! Go forth and prosper, Total Tech!

"Neida" at the registers needs a GREAR BIG HUG! She doesn't like her job much. How do I know? She marginalized me while she was handling my transaction. I say she needs a hug because of my reception of "Neida" towards me as being INVISIBLE. Invisible people fuel your paycheck; you should think about that "Neida"..

Honestly so disappointed shopped here for years walked in knowing what I wanted to purchase looked around ask for assistance waited 20 minutes an got no service an watched two employees walk by on their phone no acknowledgment an the original person I asked for help walked up to someone else an helped them before me absolutely rude . I was ask as I was walking out the door by a cashier if she could help or get someone to assist me other then that I find your staff completely rude and you lost a $600 sale 🤷🏼♀️ rudeness doesn’t pay off ! Do better !!!

I visited Best Buy trying to get my Gaming PC in working order and it was nothing short of amazing, the employees were friendly and did their job quickly, and after I requested help with buying a monitor, I was presented with multiple choices and was given multiple great choices as well as an employee's personal suggestion, who seemed super passionate about the subject, great experience :)

Best buy used to be my go-to for all things electronic and more. For the last few times that I've been there, it's been the same no help, no products. I was there today looking for a game that according to their website was in the store. When I got there I couldn't find anyone to help me. Several associates walked past me, but none of them offered any support. When I finally found someone from a different department to ask, they didn't even have the product in the store. Superior waste of time!
