  Greetings-&-salutations, ever since November 04, 2025 Chasity Lopez was very pretty-nicely-friendly-&-kindly sales-associate when she was very busy helping few of her customers all by herself & she handled it with careing-&-dignity "especially to me as well" when I had to upgrade-&-obgaun a brand-new cellular-phone firca replacement from my old damaged cellularphone". Sge went through a whole helping find the right cellularphone & kept at least half my contacts. Ever since November 10, 2025 Juan P.,was also very nicely-friendly-&-kindly sales-associate as well, when helped me find a good discount for me to start paying my family plan bills per month. He also advice me as well by download a certain free sight from a play store to block scam-&-spam callers as well, not to mention that he even charged me a great discount when I return to buy a headset as well. I wouldn't mind returning-&-repurchasing from Chastity Lopez😘 nor reseeking help from Juan P.🙂 at Cricket Wireless store #137 🦗📱. P.S.   There are 7 customers in the store now and Juan is amazing. Watching him literally help every customer at the same time was impressive. He is the guy for the job. I added a line to my account and got a new phone. He set it up helped with the financing all at the same time helping other people. He was amazing. Good job Juan and good job Cricket on hiring him!

  Juan is amazing and needs a huge raise! He was incredibly patient, kind, helpful and understanding with our difficult situation with the phones of multiple family members. I can't thank him enough.
