    Went into the Davie Verizon location this morning and as chaos as the holidays have been busy this past weekI had the best service I’ve ever had. Elizabeth was the lady that helped me. She went above and beyond to try to restore my service, explained everything to me after purchasing a watch just felt right at home and Definitely had such a friendly family connection. Just a great all run experience at this location.

    AMAZING customer service from Menard. He absolutely went above and beyond to help with my phone issues and get me fixed up and headed down the road with everything I needed including a new iPad and new iPhone with MINIMAL out of pocket or monthly fees. I cannot say enough about Menard and his willingness to go above and beyond and search out ways to save me from having to buy a new phone after I smashed it at work. I hope the management at Verizon see this, cause he needs to be commended for his efforts!!!! Thank you again to Menard!!!!!
