Since the start of this pandemic in March, I’ve been unable to get an appointment to bring my Beats Headphones in for repair. I’ve tried going online (said they were completely booked...back in March), phoning with Customer Service (they didn’t see any openings for the foreseeable future), goin into a store in-person (said I had to schedule online or with customer service) and again today (Oct 13th) telephonically (apparently a system glitch prevented them from confirming my appointment this time). They’ve left hundreds...if not thousands of customers with no recourse to get the service they need and paid for.
