    A very frustrating experience I have been dealing with for two weeks now. I was charged 3 times for one order. Everyone I speak to says the refund was processed, even the general manger of this location who called me about a previous survey I filled. But after two weeks NOTHING! I’ve contacted my bank and they don’t even see a refund as pending. I’ve never had this issue receiving a refund before it is always instant or next day received by my bank. I’m beginning to think someone from the internal team did a fraudulent order and they are withholding that from me.

    Just left the store empty-handed after walking in planning on spending $5000 on a MacBook studio mic, headphones, camera, and GoPro along w all the necessary added accessories to go with everything. But after standing by the MacBooks for 20 min and no one helping me, a nice older couple walked up w their spoiled brat of a kid and was helped within literal seconds… And even after the guy was done with them he just ignored me like I wasn’t even there. Horrible experience, won’t be going back to that location……hopefully they’re not all the same.

    I brought my laptop into geek squad, riddled with issues. My volume was not working, my screen was freezing, and I work from home. I thought I would need a new computer and shell out over a thousand dollars but Steven in geek squad assured me that my computer would be in the best possible hands. He eased all my worries and followed each request I had. Geek Squad found 6 viruses on my computer, windows corruptions, and outdated drivers. Steven recommended a backup of data just in case which also eased my worries. I got a call and thought the worse, only for someone (I dont remember their name), to tell me my device is ready for pickup. Steven scanned each of the anti viruses after to find me the best deal with my membership he got me, saving me even more money. To finish everything off, I was left with a plethora of knowledge about password management and Internet safety tips. The lady at geek squad was also very kind, I also forgot her name but she was the one who introduced me to Steven my hero. I am not one for memberships usually, however it saved me over $150 extra in services they did. Steven introduced me to Damian on the sales floor after, I asked for someone specialized in desktops, and Steven went out of his way to introduce me to Damian, made sure Damian knew my situation before handing me off. He told Damian what I don't need, ensuring I would not be upsold at all. Damian was the man!!! Damian got me all the help I needed to find the products I wanted with lots of funny jokes to keep me smiling. Fast forward, my daughter dropped off my second laptop and Steven remembered me. He asked my daughter how I was doing, following up to ask if there was any issues I was experiencing. I never make reviews, but this best buy treated me like a king. Thank you Steven, Damian, and the gentleman who called me, and the lady at geek squad for being kind.

    Hoy estuvimos en este lugar por primera vez mi esposo y yo, para optar por sus artículos con financiamiento y la atención fue maravillosa desde la entrada con la señora Consuelo, luego me dirigí a un señor que vi en algún pasillo y con mucho gusto me atendió era el manager( excelente), me asigno a uno de sus muchachos Kevin con este bello muchacho finalizamos las compras y el nos ayudo muchísimo, super agradable, conocedor de todos sus artículos y bien preocupado por cubrir nuestras espectativas!!!, si necesita renovar sus electrodomésticos sin dudas este es el mejor sitio!!!!! Buen colectivo!!!!!! Gracias estamos muy contentos!!!!
