  When unfortunate stuff happens in life and things get stressful, people just need something to go right that day. I needed a phone replacement ASAP. Franco, Carlos and Javed made the experience stress free. Javed was very helpful and informative with the items we were buying. Franco and Carlos were fantastic! They made the experience (what was supposed to be stressful) a pleasant stress-free task. Professional, kind, and actually cared about the costumer. Thanks to all three of them!

  Came to buy a new phone. Already knew what I wanted. Waited 15 minutes by the phones without anyone stopping by. Finally asked the front desk who said they would add me to the wait list. There was nobody else around… guess I’ll buy it somewhere else

  Amazing costumer service I’m Very happy the service Tyler and Reno gave me . That’s why I bought my laptop thank you very much Ben to other Best Buy nobody wanted to help always in a hurry but they took the time to listen to me thank you ! Great costumer service means a lot !

  I’m extremely upset with my experience. I waited over 15 minutes at customer service for assistance, but no one came to help. I could hear employees calling over their walkie-talkies for someone to assist at customer service, yet no one ever showed up. Unfortunately, I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave. The store wasn’t busy at all—it was completely empty.

  Hello. I have the most appreciative words for the customer services of the Davie, FL store meaning the manager handled my case (which I do not remember the name-I am sorry)and the representative that I've been directly interacting with (Alex). I have accidentally exceeded the 14 days return window with 3 days. I was not happy with the purchase (a laptop) not because it was not a great quality (Acer Predator - which I even got at a $300 discounted price), but because it was not enough for my purposes, so I needed to buy a more performant tool. Alex understood right away, and he went and explained the situation to his manager, who did not hesitated to make me happy with a full refund. I am grateful to this team, and the way I have been treated to the moon and back! I would highly recommend this store to anyone!!!!
