When they didn’t have the TV I was looking for, he started checking for all the comparable models in the store and walked me through the differences. He genuinely helped me make the right decision. He knew his stuff, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about customers and the store’s reputation. Best Buy, if you’re reading this, give this man a raise, or better yet, put him in charge!

Never had a guy go above and beyond to make sure I’m getting the right product for the right price. I’ve been fortunate enough to have his help twice already. Each time he’s surprised me with how knowledgeable he is and how he made sure I left with a great product and a smile on my face. 10/10 would recommend and if you get Damian’s assistance… trust me it’ll be a 100/10 experience.
