    Came in on a Friday to buy a new computer. It was not in stock so I was directed to have it delivered to my house and then I can bring it in when it arrives to have it set up and have my files migrated from my old computer to the new one. When I came back with the new and old computers I waited in line and was told I had to get in another line and that if I didn’t have an appointment I would just have to wait or come back. WHAT?? Not what I was told when I made the purchase, of course. I could have bought a computer anywhere else and received better customer service. And to think I paid extra for Geek Squad service. Update: Carlos at Geek Squad salvaged my entire experience and was the consummate professional. Was gonna leave just 1 star.

    I had a terrible experience at this Best Buy location. I came in just trying to shop for a laptop, minding my own business, and instead of getting help, I was met with straight-up disrespect from multiple employees. The way I was spoken to was completely unprofessional and honestly shocking. There were comments made that crossed the line, and the overall attitude felt more like harassment than customer service. I’ve never experienced anything like that in a retail store before. No customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected just for walking in and trying to make a purchase. If this is how customers are treated here, management seriously needs to step in and fix it. I won’t be coming back to this location. After making this review they pointed me with a gun

    En esta ocasión buscamos un Tv para la casa, la oferta es muy variada y todo de excelente calidad, la atención fue excelente calidad también, nos hicieron muy acertadas recomendaciones y nos ayudaron a obtener la mejor oferta en cuanto a calidad y precio de lo que andábamos buscando, igual les sugiero para lo relacionado con camaras de fotografía y las demás áreas de electrónica, PC, Laptops y teléfonos, mi experiencia en este lugar en específico siempre ha sido súper Buena.     I went in to get a TV and a soundbar, (77 inch LG TV and a 9.1 LG soundbar) there were 3 to 4 men breaking down boxes I’m assuming but saw me looking around for some assistance but I wasn’t acknowledged, I went to the front of the store to find a long cart so I could just grab my items on my own and just pay but the guy in the front at customer service was assisting someone in returning a TV and also did not acknowledge me. I ended up finding a cart somewhere around the store grabbed the items which were massive and heavy, struggled while those guys were breaking down boxes, walked up front to the cashier and then changed my mind due to the zero acknowledgment or assistance.
