  PÉSIMA PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN !! Acabo de salir de la tienda luego de durar 40 min esperando para comprar un speaker ñ, necesitaba escucharlo para decidir cuál comprar de los 2 en exhibición y no me pudieron ayudar a probarlos que tenían que llamar a alguien para que los conectara y no lo hicieron, perdón eso fue todo y me tuve que ir sin poder realizar la compra !!

  Horrible service and the management is horrible as well. They lack inventory on the most common things. I visited the store recently and had a horrible experience. I wrote a letter to Best buy corporate management, and it went nowhere. So I canceled my Best buy Total protection of which I was a member for 4 or 5 years. I would suggest to not visit the store on 6300 Grandview parkway in Davenport.

  El vendedor Edgardo, nos hizo el cuento de una promoción que luego no respeto en el ticket. Así nos robo 100 dólares. Previamente se aseguró de que fuéramos turistas. Al emitir el ticket de compra hizo un acting con su compañero boricua para dilatar la entrega y así marearnos. Si bien emitimos un reclamo desde best buy no se hicieron cargo de la estafa.

  Came by the store to check out Aura ring sizing, Carlos was a great help. He helped me figure out my sizing, and which options are the best for me. Carlos was the best!

  Today I went in there with a broken computer and left with a working one Devon is a wonderful manager and deserves a raise for his patience, resilience, and dedication to good customer service. He’s a wonderful part of your guys team and makes sure that the customer is satisfied while still maintaining Best Buy standards.
