My husband and I have been in this store plenty of times but this is the 1st time an associate is so kind and helpful🥰. ( most of the time , they avoid you🤦🏻♀️)

We came for the replace of some damaged shokz and he took the time to answer all the questions we had , in a way that he convinced us to buy a Refrigerator 🥰.
I hope this store gets more associates so knowledgeable and proactive like him. 🫶🥰

Online the iPad I wanted was not offered in Pink. At the store the representative searched his stock and went to the back to get it. The iPad was on sale and was cheaper than eBay! My daughter got her birthday gift on her day and did not have to wait. ❤️ Great purchase.👌

We bought a sigma tv and have had nothing but problems. A tech came out two times and the tv was replaced but still have nothing but problems and you refuse to refund our money so we can get a tv that is another brand new I will never buy another tv from best buy
