  I had placed an order after the store had closed. Unfortunately, the item wasn't there the next day and the computer did its thing and well...I decided I'd try the old in person approach. The Store's General Manager and staff worked to Make it Right...and we found an item that was better than what I had ordered...additionally, The Manager was able to get very close to what I was going to pay for my original Order. So overall, very nice.

  The customer service here is top notch. It wasn't just one employee. Each employee i encountered was not only helpful but pleasant. It was almost as if they were excited I was there. I'm big into customer service, which i feel like is a dying art but this store has restored my faith.

  I would like to give Chris from the Geek Squad recognition for being very professional very nice and as busy as he was he took time to answer my questions regarding my I phone. He is a very smart young man so knowledgeable. Again thank you Chris you made my experience at Best Buy a positive candy great one.

  Helpful staff and fairly organized shop. Sometimes hard to find what you're looking for and if you check online, it does not mean it is in the store. Calling ahead to check is not always easy, as the staff don't seem willing to answer these questions. Most the in-store staff are quite helpful. I recommend shopping around first.

  I hadn't been to a best buy in years, but went here because I've been told about their amazing customer service. I wandered around the store a couple times before finally finding what I was looking for. I wasn't greeted by anyone during that time. I found the computer I was looking for, but there didn't seem to be anyone around to answer questions. The mouse was broken and I couldn't take the "tour" on the computer. I stood by the computer and looked up information on my phone for quite a while. No one ever came into that area, so I eventually left completely unnoticed.
