I was upset when I left because it was my lunch hour I need my phone for my job. I didn't get the young man's name he was less than helpful but he told me if I came back on my old phone you put the SIM card in and it should work without checking out the old phone so I came back with my old phone my new phone and thought I could exchange it for a upgrade to a Samsung 25 since I had a 24. There I met John a great guy great worker somebody should really look at help me and fix my phone in less than 15 minutes that's kind of service that I'm looking for. This young man went the extra mile. Jon is the best
