  We walked in and were immediately greeted by Jonathon. He was extremely helpful and very professional. You had the product I was looking for in stock. It was a smooth transaction and overall great experience.

  I had an incredible experience here today that reminded me what true customer service looks like. I’m actually an AT&T customer, but after receiving the wrong phone case in the mail, I stopped into this Verizon store out of desperation. I was greeted by a wonderful young lady with red hair and wire-framed glasses. Even though my phone is a slightly older model, she and a young gentleman on staff went out of their way to search for a solution. She remembered a case a previous customer had left behind and fitted it to my phone perfectly. When I asked what I owed her, she simply smiled and said, "No charge... just come back when you are ready to change phones!" As someone who works in retail, I can say her service was flawless. If I ever switch carriers, I'm coming back to find her. You rock!

  So my girlfriend came back crying. She was so upset, she could barely speak. She told me that the guy with blonde hair and tattoos, couldn't remember his name was so hateful and mean that he purposely locked the account for no reason, she gave all the necessary codes to access the account. Her phone had broken before work and was just trying to get it replaced. He said all he needed was the pass code and the bill to be paid in full ($600)She was confused and didn't give the right code the first time. But on the second try she got it but at this point he said it was locked out. When we checked he was able to take the money , we had to pay for last month and next month in advance. How was i able to pay for the bill but not able to wouldn't help with a phone. The whole time the guy was snippy and rude, rolling his eyes. Staring her down made her feel really uncomfortable. I never write reviews but this really needs to be addressed. Horrible customer service. Always liked Verizon but after this we will be changing providers to T-Mobile. To the next customer ( avoid Crestview store).
