- NGNikie Garrett4 days ago1.0It would have been great if they new more about the promotions and to not scam customers into buying products that does not come with the promotion. If I haven't done this promotion before, they would have gotten over. The "experienced rep" stated that I have a $241 state fee for my $1300 phone. It didn't make any since, if you know the states percentage to the price. Then I was told that I needed to transfer all of my files from my old phone to the new one while I was there, when the promotion clearly states that it gives us 30 days to transfer files and turn in your old phone. Then they tried to talk me into leaving my phone (which holds ALL OF MY FILES, BANK RECORDS, etc., there and come back I told them NOWAY! NEVER LEAVE YOUR DEVICES UNPROTECTED WITH PEOPLE YOU DON'T KNOW! I wish that my experience was better, but one was barely trained and the "trainer" was the one doing the scamming. He is training new reps to lie in order to make a quick buck. Be very careful!

Our service representative, Joshua, went above and beyond to get us on-board with Verizon. We had a problem getting released from our previous mobile service provider but Joshua was very patient, hung in there, and got everything taken care of. He's an outstanding representative for Verizon!

First, when someone is opening a new account and the sales rep says they are going to do something so they get credit for one of their sales goals, DON’T let them. He messed everything up all around. Second, when we come back and in and you have to fix the issue, don’t go starting sales with other people while we are STILL at your desk and you’re working with us. I’m sorry we’re not a sale for you, but it’s because this store messed things up in the first place to get their own credit fraudulently.
