  Such a friendly staff. They were very helpful and happy go lucky. I'd refer friends and family to Cricket.

  Horrible. They do not stand by their product. Had a defective phone, returned within 7 day window but gave me major headaches. Replacement was also defective and we went back the next day. They said 7 day continues from original purchase. So essentially the replacement phone had 0 day returns for defects. BEWARE! Shady as hell. Also service is lousy and so is their cell service. Had to wait hours to get helped amd set up. Went to metro pcs and the whole process took 15 min and I get much better speeds with unlimited unthrottled data up to 30 gigs. Fyi: I had the 5 line family plan and defective phones were ZTE.

  The guy's were pretty nice and helpful. The process of bringing my phone number to Cricket seemed to take forever...but in their defense apparently there was a new software update the night before. So we will give Cricket a try but GOODBYE straighttalk!!!
