  I have been a customer with cricket for close to a decade and have never encountered such terrible employees as I did just now. It's not that they couldn't give me what I wanted, but the way they treated me and the fact that they weren't even willing to help show me how to do something online that they can't do in the store. I'm so mad that I really want to end my service

  Not good. They are not very knowledgeable. I was told my phone would work on their network. I paid, it didn't work. Cost me $40. They wouldn't refund.
