I went today to purchase a new phone and there were 2 people ahead of me - since he was there alone - he multitasked to handle everyone! His lunch sat cold while he patiently assisted the customers. Several more customers came in and a few left when they saw the line in front of them! I don’t know how he maintained his composure, because there is NO way I could’ve done what he did!! I wish I could talk to the owner, because he needs to know how well he handled the store by himself today!! Great job Eric!!
