    Had to come here after issues at a retail location became unsolvable with respect to activating a new phone. Denise at this location put her head down, dug into the problem, and had it fixed in 15 minutes. She was diligent, efficient and even sang while she worked! 5 stars all around.

    This is about Verizon in general not this location. I don't know where else to post this to gain visibility. The customer service is abysmal. My girlfriends phone has been unable to make or receive calls since Verizon had a huge outage. Trying to get in contact with a real person through the support chat in the app is useless. They use either an AI or AI responses that send you in circles and altogether made the problem worse. Went from my gfs phone having just text no calls to no text AND no calls. I spoke to "chat agents" who gave me nonsensical responses for actual hours. Got through to a manager and the problem could not be solved so they made me an appointment at the store. I feel like this hassle could have been entirely avoided if their customer service was better but oh well. Going to look into switching carriers after 4+ years with Verizon. I'm sure the real people that work in the store are great but uhhhh yeah. Not sure what else to say at this point. I don't want to deal with their customer service over chat ever again!

    Don't ever go to this store. Ever. They sold me a phone that didn't work. Went to the store to try to return it because I had to switch to AT&T and they wouldn't waive the restocking fee, told me to call customer service, customer service said they said no way of waiving the restocking fee. When I said I'd just leave the phone, the woman at the store told me I couldn't because it would be stolen. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!

    Denise provided impeccable customer service! If you do use this location, specifically request Denise and you will not be disappointed. Not only her friendly attitude and dedication to helping the customer out, she goes above and beyond to include answering her phone with questions even when she's not working. Verizon has a true gold mine with her, and so do their customers.
