Not only was she knowledgeable she also had a sweet personality. I took up 2 hours of her time and expertise she got my issue resolved for that I am grateful

From the moment I walked in the you young lady was extremely rude and said "I dont see nothing here with your name on it" The only employee that helped guide me along this process was Andrew. He was great. The manager did not even say a word to me when I asked to speak to her twice. I have. I have never been treaded so rude and disrespected in my life. With the exception of Andrew this place should be highly avoided. I have been here 3 hours and drove 30 minutes from my home. Now they tell me there is nothing they can do.

We were there 10 minutes and no one asked if we needed assistance. 🤦🏻♀️ We left to another location. It’s understanding reps are busy with other customers, however, you can’t forget the new ones walking in and at least greet and say, “ Hello, welcome, we will be with you shortly.” Re-training for staff and management in customer service 101 please-greeting is key and goes a long way👌🏼
