From the moment I walked in the you young lady was extremely rude and said "I dont see nothing here with your name on it" The only employee that helped guide me along this process was Andrew. He was great. The manager did not even say a word to me when I asked to speak to her twice. I have. I have never been treaded so rude and disrespected in my life. With the exception of Andrew this place should be highly avoided. I have been here 3 hours and drove 30 minutes from my home. Now they tell me there is nothing they can do.
