Definitely need work on how they do there pokemon drops no organization the guy that came out did a count late didn't hand anyone tickets so people cut in line and came after to have their friends hold a place for them should only limit one type of product per person like all the other best buys do extremely disappointing

I wanted to return a computer that I won at a raffle which I know I was never going to use. With no receipt but with everything intact in the box with all the prints on it labels etc etc I first spoke to a customer associate, Melody and she said she could not do anything about it very politely I must add. She said she would go to her supervisor and returned with the same message again very polite. At this point I asked to speak to a manager. I stressed to all of them that I could not get a receipt for it so the manager did her magic... she wiped out the little tiny information I put in there and gave me a store credit; also very polite and compassionate to my situation! Thank you Ashley you made my day. If you're ever in a situation like that I hope and pray that you and Melody receive the same respect and courtesy that I received from both of you.
