Nothing to boost about. I walked in, got the coffee pot I been looking for, went to purchase a Meta quest 3 s for my niece, no one came over to help but that’s to be expected, they were too busy talking to themselves. So I looked up the info online, Targets has it and it’s $50 cheaper so I am on my way there. Paid for my coffee pot

Appt set for battery replacement on IPhone, get there on time only to be told that the appt was basically irrelevant since they met their allotted tech replacements for the day. What was the reason for an appointment then? Poor customer service, no help whatsoever.

Had a great experience today Leo helped us out. Very patient and understanding with our concerns, also helped us find the best solution.
He was the only worker available at the geek squad area and did amazing attending everyone.
Workers like this should definitely be recognized! Way to go Leo you did great. And thankyou

I was at Best Buy on 11/08/25. I was looking for a double stove/Oven. The Best Buy rep (Preston) near the oven area was busy. He told me he will help me as soon as he finished with the current customer. It took a bit of time but he popped his head and reminded me that he did not forget me. Later he shared his knowledge and experience with me, answered my questions with a smile and was not pushy. The was a great experience.

Best Buy sells the newest and high tech products. But, they have no salespeople that know anything about what they sell.
I went to Best Buy to find out about the new GOproAI camera. The camera cost $600 dollars and I had several questions and wanted to see a demonstration.
I was directed to End cap lucite display that had all the GOpro cameras. It was locked so I had to find a salesperson that could help me.
I went to the only place I saw an employee and waited 15 minutes for him to settle a problem with another customer. He never spoke to me to apologize for the wait. When he finally finished I ask for someone to help me with the camera’s. He called ( I guess to other employees) to meet me at the camera area. He told me he only worked in the computer department and knew nothing about camera’s.
I went back to the camera area and waited again for 10 minutes until a salesperson came, but she didn’t have a key to open the display. She did omit that she knew nothing about these products.
I asked her WHO in the might know about these new camera’s and told me that she had no idea. Then I suggested I could call back and ask for the salesperson that could help me. Her response was the last straw. She said that when you call the number you only get a central phone office that can’t redirect the call.
In conclusion, I will not return to Best But ever again. It’s no wonder why this chain is having issues I will buy this camera on Amazon and if it doesn’t suit my needs I’ll just send it back. Every time I visit retail stores I’m so disappointed. I spent the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s working for a retail conglomerate and our bible was “customer service”…….. a completely forgotten part of retailing.
