  Well, people are nice. I bought a little HP LaserJet that was really bad and had no problems returning it. And the invoice was in my app, very convenient. Got a new one, but they don't have cartridges so I had to go to Staples. I picked it an HP and an Epson, but went with the Epson because of the HP ink policy and their new crappy software.

  Joel Perez at Best Buy, turned a stressful washer and dryer issue into an amazing experience. After a problem caused by another sales associate, Joel stepped in, fixed everything quickly, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. His professionalism, kindness, and commitment to making things right were outstanding. Because of Joel, I will 100% be a Best Buy customer for life. Best Buy is lucky to have him!

  Muy buena variedad de productos. El único tema es que los vendedores no se acercan mucho a asistir. Destaco la atención del chico de Uruguay de ATyT que me asistió al querer adquirir un iPhone pro Max 17, gracias genio!

  It's a nice store. It was a big mess, boxes and styrofoam and random stuff everywhere. They were obviously in the middle of a change-over. Still, we got great, prompt service. We got what we wanted, and fast. Good job guys 👍

  Been here a few times now and had to purchase an iPad and the laptop. The geek squad is very helpful. The sales floor also very helpful.. each time I’ve come it was not too busy. I like the benefits of being a member and it’s my first time joining. We’ll see how it goes! So far a great experiences!
