  Es terrible tener una compañía de teléfono y que el servicio al cliente sea tan malo y el cliente no tiene cómo protegerse llamas al y te hacen todo mal y después uno tiene que pagar por lo errores de el personal de Verizon no me refiero a esta tienda pero no tengo donde poner mi queja los clientes de Verizon están indefensos

  Amazing Service from Cristopher Pompei – Assistant Manager at Verizon (Coral Gables, FL) I want to give a huge thank you to Cristopher Pompei, the Assistant Manager at the Verizon store on 2201 Ponce de Leon Blvd in Coral Gables, FL. I’ve been dealing with a really difficult situation for almost a year. After my mom passed away, I was trying to return one of the phones from our family plan. It turned into a long and frustrating process — the warehouse kept rejecting the return, and I was still being charged a buyout fee even though I did everything I was supposed to. Honestly, I was at the point where I was ready to leave Verizon altogether. That’s when Cristopher stepped in. He listened, truly cared, and went above and beyond to fix everything. He took the time to understand what was happening, followed through, and finally got the charge removed. Thanks to him, my faith in Verizon is restored — I’m staying with them because of the way he handled everything. Cristopher is the best — professional, patient, and genuinely kind. Verizon is lucky to have someone like him!
