I’ve been dealing with a really difficult situation for almost a year. After my mom passed away, I was trying to return one of the phones from our family plan. It turned into a long and frustrating process — the warehouse kept rejecting the return, and I was still being charged a buyout fee even though I did everything I was supposed to. Honestly, I was at the point where I was ready to leave Verizon altogether. That’s when Cristopher stepped in. He listened, truly cared, and went above and beyond to fix everything. He took the time to understand what was happening, followed through, and finally got the charge removed. Thanks to him, my faith in Verizon is restored — I’m staying with them because of the way he handled everything. Cristopher is the best — professional, patient, and genuinely kind. Verizon is lucky to have someone like him!
