  We booked the appointment for our golden doodle. Einstein and showed up and realized that the v c a care club was only branch specific.So they were super nice.And we ended up just leaving, and nothing happened.So I can't leave much of a review because we only spent about five minutes there.But since we moved in that area after the care club, i'm from the branch that we started.It ends we'll be taking our pets here so i'm sure it will be just as amazing as where I was taking them before

  The team here took excellent care of our little boy. They met us in the parking lot and started care immediately. They explained everything and were so wonderful to work with. We are thankful we found them and would return again if we need care.

  This place was very excellent. They were very accommodating to my bulldog and all of her needs. The staff are very kind and accommodating. If we needed to make a sudden apointment they would always help us. For a vet's office I was very surprised by how well cleaned everything was. 5 stars.

  This VCA staff in Clermont is the best by far! The whole office is very accommodating and happy to get the answers you need! The doctors spend ample time looking over your pet for any surprise ailments the owner might not be aware of and are always willing to offer any helpful remedies or suggestions to keep your pet as healthy as can be. We've been going to this hospital at this location since 2001 and are so grateful for their exemplary care for all of our pets we've had through the years!

  I adopted a dog this week.And was called by the v c a to have my doG checked out in clermont VCA. I WAS RUNNING TEN MINUTES BEHIND, DID NOT REALIZE HOW FAR IT WAS.I CALLED, THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHECK WITH THE DOCTOR BUT I MADE IT THERE TEN.AFTER AND WAS TOLD, I NEED TO RESCHEDULE AFTER DRIVING TWENTY FIVE MINUTES, NO ONE WAS WAITING AND I DIDN'T FEEL VALUED FOR MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH VCA.THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME THEY WEREN'T GOING TO BE ABLE TO TAKE ME WHEN INSTEAD MAKE ME ONE MORE DRIVE OUT MY WAY. RILEY NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIRST IMPRESSION IS MY LAST NOT GREAT EXPERIENCE FELT NOT VALUED
