Explained exactly what we needed and how much we expected to pay per the details listed on the Verizon website. Representative “Desiree” confirmed the promotions and continued with the sale. On multiple occasions my wife and I told this person that we did not want additional charges or features. To include insurance. The rep assured us that anything mentioned like Netflix or HBO was included. During the conversation the rep also strangely admitted to how she would make $400 in commission on the sale. Well my plan was filled with extra features and my bill is nowhere near the promotional price of 4 phones for $100 it’s nearly triple that. I will be going into the store today to speak to a manager. I will be taking legal action. I plan of filing a police report for fraud, I am filing reports with the FCC, FTC, and the States Attorney Generals Office. The actions of this employee and this Verizon store violate the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act. BUYERS BEWARE!
