    Was sent to the Clermont location to get new sim cards for my phone and my hotspot by Verizon customer service and waited an hour a a half and spoke with other customers who had been there for 4 hours plus- horrible customer service as there were 6 Verizon employees working and I watched at least 5 customers come in after me and just leave as no employees even spoke with them or reached out to tell them they would be with them soon. Couldn't get my issue resolved so asked to speak to the Manager and an employee took me over to the Manager who was very rude and told me I would need to wait, I asked for her business card as I said I wanted to write a review because of the horrible service and she told me to wait and she would be with me when done, disappeared for 10 minutes came back by me and I asked for her card again and she snapped at me telling to wait. another 10 minutes go by and she wrapped up with other customer and she told me she did not have a business card so I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name and told me to have a great night. Have worked in customer service for over 30 years and was astonished at how poorly the store was run with customers just walking out which was completely justified by the Managers actions, of course I was not provided with her business card or name but she was the Manager at the Clermont store on e State road 50 on Friday night 11/7/2025 and she needs additional training or to find something else to do as she exhibited no customer service skills and was just nasty. Will never go to this store again and will drive however far I need to if I need to go back to Verizon again as the Clermont store is an absolute nightmare.

    I visited the Verizon store today and was greeted and added to the queue right away. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting about an hour and a half before receiving any help. During that time, several other guests who came in after me were assisted first, and I only got help after I flagged down an associate myself. About halfway through my wait, the manager came out to the floor. Even if he was busy with other tasks, a quick check-in or acknowledgment for guests waiting such a long time would have gone a long way. As someone who manages in customer service myself, I know how important communication and engagement are—especially when wait times are long. The experience could have been much better with just a bit more communication and attention to waiting customers.

    This location has the best Verizon agents! Adriene, Shevelle and Janae at Verizon Clermont went above and beyond to help me and didn’t give up even when they couldn’t do much in store they worked with me over 3 hrs in store on the phone with customer service! If it wasn’t for them I don’t think the issue would have been resolved!! THANK YOU Adriene, Shevelle and Janae!!!!!!!!!!

    Very bad Coustumer service at this location we waiting for them We were waiting for someone to help us for more than an hour and at the beginning of everything they told us that if the phone was available, an hour goes by and no one answers us and when they finally try to help us they tell us that they don't have the phone and they make us wait like we're stupid. It's the last straw, what a lack of respect, terrible customer service at this Verizon location, there was an additional gentleman I think he was the manager and he didn't do anything about it, it's as if my money or our money were worthless, I would never come back to this location again. If I had 0 stars, I'd give it zero because of the racist treatment we received for being Hispanic, knowing that we're also American citizens. This man thought we only spoke Spanish. By the way, thanks for responding to this message, but it's not worth going to your link. Everyone responds the same way. Instead, do something to improve these things at your point of sale. I was left looking at the reviews you have and it seems like you're used to doing the same thing with all your customers. I invite you to read all the comments you have. Never come back to this place !!!!!!!!!!!!
