  Came into this facility with my gaming computer. The keyboard has not worked for some time and I decided to get it fixed. Granted I know zero about computers and literally have no biz having a gaming computer we will chalk it up to it is what it is…. Anywho, the guy took my computer and then asked: “can I bring it to the back to get some guidance from our “guru”? sure I said… he comes back out quotes me $180 and another $80 for a memory bank to back up my computer, he also says it’ll take 2 days for the turnaround and as he is writing up my service ticket, l’m thinking that’s sort of a lot…so at the last minute I said “let me think it over”….rightfully so he was irritated as he almost had me locked in. So today I pull out my laptop and fire it up. The last page the geek rep was on pulls up and it’s the diagnostics for the keyboard: I fiddle around and lo and behold my laptop keyboard works. It works 100%. No hiccups, no pauses. Perhaps it is serendipity or kismet, but I think I narrowly avoided being hornswaggled! He could have charged me $75 yesterday and I would have been content., but the fact he had a 2 day turnaround and poured it on thick about the computer possibly glitching again seemed a wee bit too dramatic. Anyways: Yay me! Yay for saving myself $260. Tsk, tsk on the geek squad. Not very honest or helpful. I think their tactics are predatory to us older folks. Not a good experience. While I think he should be accountable I don’t want to out him completely, but his name rhymes with Peegan…🤫

  Geek Squad, what a joke. Worst customer service I have ever received. I cancelled my Best Buy Total membership because of them.

  Worst customer service the people at the desks were being rude and disrespectful I had asked for a refund and the worker said I didn’t pay and then she gave me the phone and tried avoiding the money and I asked again and she worked it out with me but it still was wrong not trying to give my refund back

  Had an appointment at 1:40pm to fix my cracked phone screen. Drove an hour to this Best Buy and was turned away by some idiot at the front because I was 10 minutes late. Rescheduled for 4:40pm and came back, only to be told to wait because they were busy. So I guess showing up on time didn't even matter? Not to mention, a woman next to me showed up 26 minutes after her appointment time and was still helped. When they finally called me up, they told me I had to make another appointment for my phone to get fixed because they were too busy. So I made an appointment... for them to make me another appointment? I basically wasted my whole day because the idiot with the iPad checking people in turned me down and told me to come back.

  Keegan the associate did not put in the work explanation he did for my wife which was not good, it's as if he didn't do anything for her phone
