    I rarely leave reviews, but I absolutely had to share my fantastic experience with Nick at the Verizon store. He deserves every single one of these five stars—and more! I came in with a complex account issue. However, Nick went above and beyond in every possible way. He was incredibly patient, treating my problem as his own, and spent hours troubleshooting, researching, and communicating with corporate until he found the perfect solution. He explained everything clearly, and his positive, professional attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. Nick is the definition of exceptional customer service. He is knowledgeable, dedicated, and clearly cares about his customers. If you visit this Verizon location, please seek out Nick—he's a huge asset to their team!

    Used appointment option. Verified address and received confirmation and reminders for the scheduled appointment. Noted in appointment that I was visiting for phone upgrade which was texted to me by Verizon. Went to appointment and was told they had no record of appointment and could not be of service.

    Updated Review: This Verizon Store Has Been Completely Unprofessional — and My Negative Reviews Keep Getting Hidden I am updating my review because the situation has become even more unacceptable. It has now been two months, and no one from this Verizon store has ever contacted me about the issues I experienced — not a single phone call, email, or follow-up of any kind. Every problem I encountered had to be handled entirely by myself through Verizon’s customer service hotline. I spent hours fixing mistakes that should never have happened in the first place, all caused by the representative at this store. For those who have not seen my previous review (because it keeps getting hidden for some reason), here is what happened: 1. The representative misled me about my monthly bill. He told me it would be $234, but the first bill came out over $600. 2. He promised several promotions — but none of them were applied to my account. Verizon customer service had to fix everything because the store refused to. 3. We ordered a phone on the day we opened the account. After waiting a month, I was finally told that the phone had been sold to someone else. 4. The representative repeatedly ignored my calls, promised shipping updates he never provided, and even avoided me in person when I visited the store. 5. And now, my negative reviews on this location keep becoming hidden after a short time. I don’t know if this is due to the system, store reporting, or something else — but it is extremely concerning. The most unbelievable part is this: ➡️ In two months, this store has never contacted me once to resolve anything. Not an apology. Not an explanation. Nothing. Everything I went through — hours on the phone, fixing their errors, dealing with missing promotions, missing devices, and being ignored — had to be handled directly with Verizon corporate, not the store that caused the problem. This entire experience has been dishonest, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating. I feel this store assumes certain customers won’t complain or won’t speak up, which makes the situation even more troubling. I will continue updating my review so future customers can see the truth and are not misled by filtered or disappearing reviews. Transparency matters, and people deserve to know what kind of service they may receive here. If you are considering visiting this store, please think twice.

    I’ve been going to this verizon store for years. Even when they were located downstairs. Whenever some one I know has an issue with their phone company that’s not verizon, or if they’re looking for help with their verizon plan/phone, I always recommend people to go to this specific store. They always have the most pleasant people, even if you’re not working with them directly everyone is very kind. Jacob and Owen were super helpful with the purchase of my mom and I’s new phones. It’s never an easy process, but these two really made the process run smoothly. We started with Jacob who was very helpful and friendly when setting up my moms phone, a new google pixel. I’m terrible with android phones so I was thankful he could help her and answer her questions. My new iphone was unfortunately on back order for a few weeks but Jacob communicated with me a few times to update me on the status and was very informative throughout. When my phone came in finally, Jacob had Owen take over as due to work- I had to come on a day where Jacob left early. Owen was very kind and lighthearted and he made the process fun. He’s very nice to everyone and even told me he helps customers set up carplay/bluetooth in their cars if needed. I can tell he really goes the extra mile. Both of these two gentlemen did a great job and we’re super happy with the service (and phones)! Thank you both!
