I told him I wanted to switch my family of 4 over but I needed one of the phones to be in store. He then immediately asked me who I was switching over from and if I was trading in my phone. I told him I was coming in I just needed to know if he had the phone. He then hung up on me.

Secondly, I wanted to say how amazing Etsube was at helping assist my mother and myself in updating our phones, tablet, and smartwatch. She was able to clearly explain why we should transfer a line to Verizon and helped my mother understand the benefits over other providers. She also made sure everything was done properly and correctly, which made the whole process much easier. I have been with Verizon for around 16 years and could not be happier, and my mother just returned. This experience really reinforced why we chose Verizon again. I would recommend everyone to this store and would highly recommend asking for Etsube. Not only is she friendly, but she also helps break down a stressful process into a simple and great experience. Thank you!
