When I walked in to the store all the employees were sitting down with their hoodies over their heads and on their phones. No one looked up, no one asked if I needed help. I was told they would check on my account. I asked several times about my phone, only to be told they were working on it. I even called Verizon for help. They stated only the store could help me with the phone. Two hours later I asked again regarding the status of my phone. They said someone should have spoken to you. They went to get the manager. Two hours later!!! He finally came out and said he could not help me. The store was closing so I would have to come back. Do not go to this store. The worst service and employees.
