I had an outstanding experience at Best Buy thanks to Mo, who truly went above and beyond while helping me choose a new TV. From the moment I approached him, he was incredibly attentive, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure I found exactly what I needed—not just making a sale.
What stood out most was his empathy and understanding. I came in feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the options, but Mo took the time to listen carefully to my preferences, budget, and concerns. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, never rushed me, and made sure I felt confident in my decision.
I also had my 4-year-old with me, which can sometimes make shopping a bit hectic, but Mo handled it so gracefully. He was incredibly kind and warm toward her, acknowledging her, making her feel included, and keeping the interaction light and positive. It really meant a lot to see that level of patience and genuine friendliness—it made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free for both of us.
His knowledge and professionalism were impressive, but it was his kindness and willingness to go the extra mile that really made the experience exceptional. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a human touch.
If you’re shopping for a TV or any electronics, I highly recommend asking for Mo—you’ll be in great hands!
This store will lie to you about product. They told me and 2 others they didn’t have anything, but as soon as we all left they sold to their friends the product they told all of us they can 100% confirm they don’t even have. I believe this store tells their friends about what they have and lies to customers that they don’t have it so they can sell to them instead. Jeff and the manager both told multiple people they don’t have anything and proceeded to sell it all minutes after we left. Extremely shady stuff going on at this store.

Beware buyers. Received a deal of the day from Best Buy on a dash cam. Made the purchase. Tried to return at the Clearwater store and was notified I had made the purchase through a 3rd party. This is not evident on their site at all. Manager gave me a phone number to contact. Wrong number, it was for Canada. Finally got in contact with the US division. Due to it being 18 days rather than their 15 days, which is ridiculous, they will not let me return. I changed my mind on the product. This is poor business practice and very deceiving. Half a day I won't get back. Again, Beware!
*Customer Beware*
I was in yesterday to purchase a computer/tablet. I know absolutely nothing about technology, so I had a sales associate assist me during my purchase. We discussed what I wanted/needed the device for and he offered a different product than the original one I came to get; which came with a significant price difference.
After careful consideration, I went with the product the associate recommended. Before purchasing, I even asked, “so it comes with everything I need (charger, pen, etc)?” The associate reassured me that it did, so I made the purchase. However, upon arriving home and opened the packaging, there was absolutely nothing included.
I called Best Buy and they told me to go back to the store and they would supply me with these items. However, upon arriving, the manager was extremely rude, told me that it is not his problem, and that he will not be providing me with the items.
If you value your money, I highly suggest you buy your items from a different store.

Either you no longer pay employees on commision or your emplyees just don't Care. I stood infront of the PC's today, (small area) while reading the specs, looking at prices and looking at them on my phone. I stood there for over 1 hour. 3 times an employee walked right past me, then a pair of employees stood 10-15 feet away from me holding a conversation about getting their pilots license. Not 1 time did anyone ask me if I needed anything, Okay, Maybe I could have truned around and said Hey would anyone like to help me, But, don't feel I should have to. After an hour, I gave up and walked around the store for a few other things, could not find any of them, again no one came up to me at anytime. Or even acknowlegged I was there. I finally just left. And finally the guy at the front pedistool said Thank You as I was walking out. The one and only person to acknowledge me. I was ready to spend around $1000 today on a New PC. As The one I have now, I bought from this very store, about 8 or so years ago. I came home and ordered one on-line and NOT from Best Buy. Back in the day I would come in there and get approched every few minutes. Now, Nothing. Sorry. Just my opinion.
