  They let my ex boyfriend go in and make changes to my plan without permission and I had instructions on my account that no one could do anything with my account but me and my mom and only when we show are drivers licenses . I will be there when they open to close my account . Thanks for betraying my trust in your company.

  Spent 2 hours in the store. Selena misunderstood what I wanted to do. I was ok with that, but I was charged 50 dollars for a mistake and then told by her and the store manager that they couldn't refund it or credit my account, that I had to call 611. I did and they said the store has to refund it. I called another customer. Service number and they said the same thing. So I called and spoke to manager at store, who told me she heard me tell the other girl and she didnt do it wrong. Basically saying it was my fault and she couldn't refund it. Said she would pass my number to her manager and he could reach out to me IF HE CHOSE TO. What should have taken 20 minutes took 2 hours because she then proceeded to mess up my phone number as well and had to give me a whole new Sim card to fix it. I just want my money back that shouldn't have been charged. I was nice the entire 2 hours, didn't show my aggravation. My son was late for work and still we were nice about it. I understand mistakes happen, misunderstanding happens and that's ok...but not giving me my money back is not ok.

  I can’t remember the man’s name that helped me today even though I spent about 3 hours with him today but the man that worked on January 4th alone was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have asked for better help and a man to not give up getting me out the door with a phone today. If I could give him 10 stars I absolutely would. He was patient and helped me and another couple at the same time with ease. Made a very stressful and aggravating situation allot better than any rep I’ve come across.

  This Cricket wireless in chipley is the best much better than the one in Marianna the staff are very friendly always willing to help thay don't try to up sell you on anything definitely 5 star's all the way for this store an the employees who work there.
