- JFJessica FosterJun 11, 20251.0I lost my phone Sunday night went in Monday night and had to pay full price for the phone I already had because I wasn't eligible for an upgrade. $300 later I'm now stuck with a phone that want hold charge and dies at 20% I have been a customer for over 15 years and they have always said as long as it's less then 3 days I can return it no questions asked. But now they say I can't and I guess I'm stuck with a Business phone That want hold a charge. Very disappointed in who cricket has become. Unless I give them another $100 for the insurance I think I will be taking my loyalty and 8 lines somewhere else.
