    Nobody attends to you; you arrive and they just stare at you instead of welcoming you and politely saying, "I'll be with you in a moment." Terrible service.

    I have always loved going in person to this location. I have had their internet for almost two years and the last two months it has not been great. We called 611 and they said they would send a new Gateway Internet Box. Well we never received it and they billed us for it. Two hours on the phone and we did get that removed. Today I went into the store and I told them that we can not watch tv or connect or computers to the internet (our daughter does online school) they said that our box is outdated and that we can not get a new box because they have “FILLED” their internet providers! This is terrible customer service when I already had service with them. The manager pretty much told me your service isn’t working properly and go find a new provider. My Apple Watch wasn’t working either and no one in the store could help.. he said call Apple.. this store is failing in customer care. Switch providers they say

    Just wanted to tell Verizone about Noel . I am so happy with her service. I had a family crises and she helped me with all my decisions. She was soooo professional and kind . The process was easy and eased my heart & the stress I have had the past several days. Thank you so much Noel for making a hard time easy.🦋❤️
