We called 611 and they said they would send a new Gateway Internet Box. Well we never received it and they billed us for it. Two hours on the phone and we did get that removed. Today I went into the store and I told them that we can not watch tv or connect or computers to the internet (our daughter does online school) they said that our box is outdated and that we can not get a new box because they have “FILLED” their internet providers! This is terrible customer service when I already had service with them. The manager pretty much told me your service isn’t working properly and go find a new provider. My Apple Watch wasn’t working either and no one in the store could help.. he said call Apple.. this store is failing in customer care. Switch providers they say
