Ordered a new flip phone for my elderly mother, said will be delivered Friday. Never got a call about it, so I called them. They said, after looking around for it, that it is not there, it should be in Saturday. I got home, looked at my emails, and saw one that said it WAS delivered this morning. Called them back. More looking around for it. FINALLY found it...in the wrong bin. Poor organization or customer service, I don't know which, but after this sale, I'm taking my longtime Verizon business to another location.

Once I decided, things continued to go smoothly. I can’t say enough good about SIO! He’s a keeper!!! Its rear young people are kind to the middle age generation. He deserves to be acknowledged! I bought him some donuts but he deserves sooooo much more!!!!
