He was one of the most professional, patient, and kind employees I’ve ever worked with in a Verizon store. He answered all of my grandmas questions (which were many lol) and even went so far as to set her new phone up to be as close to her old one as possible so she felt more comfortable using it. And to make it even better, he fixed our plan up for us to help save some money! He went above and beyond and we really enjoyed working with him.
