  Very disappointed.., my mother went to this office to get internet service for her house. She got the Verizon Gateway 5G. Unfortunately it was hard for her to set the account and get the device working.., so after a lot of calls to customer service she returned to the store to get help..., the representative that helped her to register the information at one point asked for her social security number.., she couldn´t remember well so she called me and I send the number via text and remained on the line.. the guy that was registering the information started to ask for a picture of the social security card or the physical card.. and there was some one else, that I could hear, maybe colleague or supervisor, that was making comments about my mother because she couldn´t understand well english and had to make a phone call for some one to translate in English..., I was so upset that I told her to just stop and leave.. First, because they didn´t have a reason to be asking her to show her social security card.., and second, for the disrespect to make comments about an elderly because she couldn´t understand english... after all this she went the next day to close her account and just move to another company.

  Justin went above and beyond to help get the account to the lowest price. I've never seen anyone fly through the phones keyboard so fast! Verizon is lucky to have him! Thank you, Justin!!

  He estado esperando por un largo tiempo tienen una sola persona en español, yo se hablar en Ingles pero me gusta discutir mi planes con verizon en español ya que es mi language maternal y no se traducirle a mi esposo cuando vamos y asi estar 100% segura de lo que estoy comprando ultimamente verizon esta malisimo llevo 11 año siendo cliente de ellos y llebo 2 años llamando porque ellos me suben la factura,me cambian el plan una y otra vez y me dicen que fui yo cosa que NO ES CIERTO el servicio de customer service es malisimo tanto online que en la tienda
