    Upgraded 3 phones. I was told I would be charged sales tax on the price of the phones and a $40 activation fee, which are fine. However, I was not told that they also charged me $50 per phone to "transfer the data from old phone to new phone"—which is literally just pressing one button on the new iPhone. If I had been informed, I would have declined and pressed the "transfer" button myself. I only discovered this fee when I looked at my bill and saw an additional $40 charge per line. When I called the store, that's when I was told the in-store charge included a "transfer fee."

    Long story short... thev overcharged me when I bought 2 phones. They said they will fix it, we will see. Ordered a new flip phone for my elderly mother they said will be delivered Friday. Never got a call about it, so I called them. They said, after looking around for it, that it is not there, it should be in Saturday. I got home, looked at my emails. and saw one that said it WAS delivered this morning. Called them back. More looking around for it. FINALLY found it...in the wrong bin. Poor organization or customer service. I don't know which, but after this sale, I'm taking my longtime Verizon business to another location. EDIT: 11/23...they never disconnected the original line for the old phone. I just got done chatting with Verizon customer service. They just deactivated it and will refund the charges that were not supposed to happen.

    The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I can't give 0. I switched front Verizon to Visible because of the price. After activation with Visible, I had no service. When I tried activating the eSim in my phone, I kept receiving a message to contact Verizon. After on the chat with Visible for 7 hours, it was determined that my network was locked by Verizon. I spent 6 hours on the phone with Verizon with no results. They couldn't even find my account that I had for 9 years! So, I went to the Verizon store on Santa Barbara in Cape Coral. I was there around 5-6 minutes and all they kept telling me was that Verizon doesn't lock out networks. They didn't lift a finger to try to find out the problem or at least make a call. 5 days later I'm still without service because Verizon has my network locked. I've already submitted a complaint to the BBB. The 2 people who "assisted" me could definitely use some more training. Will never use Verizon again.
