Never once did he not encourage me and make sure I knew all the ends and outs, HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! I’ll be honest I’ve never experienced such an amazing person that actually cared for his customers! I would give 20 stars if I could! Cricket management you’ve an excellent employee! He’s amazing!!! - SWshelly wardOct 24, 20251.0I was not able to give this zero Stars I have not ever had such poor service in my entire life as I have at this store I had bought a watch and spent a little over $100 on it so it was not cheap it took a while to figure out how to get it took up to my phone from the time that I got it it only States charged 2 days I brought it back I asked to speak to a manager the employee that I was speaking to said I am the assistant manager and there is nothing I can do about exchanging it or refunding my money because it does not stay charged on the back it clearly says it stays charged for up to 7 days he told me that it was my fault that I did not bring it back before 7 days I should have returned it when I realized it was not working right but for anybody that is buying any products I warn you now do not go there to buy anything they are selling bad products and you will not get a refund or an exchange for anything decent you will only get rude service especially from the assistant manager
