Frank went above and beyond, exceeded all expectations and clearly communicated every detail possible. He gave multiple scenarios and outcomes and even recommended on which direction we should go with that would benefit us in the long run. Seamless upgrade to a new iPhone and even got a third line added. These were all options that sounded very discouraging when calling the customer service line for Verizon but Frank made it all possible. Thank you for such a great experience and making this all happen.
