After dealing with TMobile for two hours and every time being told “take care of it in the app” Jean was able to swap my 6 lines of service, beat my TMobile price, give me 6 iPhone 17s, set them all up and transfer all data, and stay after the store closes to get it all done. If you want customer service, go find Jean and have him set you up. Thank you Jean and I look forward to seeing how Verizon treats my family. I spent 20 years with T-Mobile so the move is scary but with customer support as received from Jean and the Verizon team I’m off to the right foot.
