I had an excellent experience with Verizon thanks to two outstanding representatives, Gavin and Daniel. They were professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Both took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood every step, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up perfectly. Their customer service was truly exceptional, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend Verizon, especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Gavin and Daniel!

My experience with Verizon has been nothing short of terrible. My monthly bill is significantly higher than what was originally promised, and the quality of both my internet and voice service is inferior — despite being on a plan that supposedly includes “premium ultra” broadband and voice coverage.
To make matters worse, the representatives at the Verizon store were completely unhelpful. At first, they told me not to call customer service and to come into the store because they would “take care of everything.” However, once I arrived, they claimed their abilities were limited and directed me to call customer service instead. It felt misleading and frustrating — nothing but empty promises.
Overall, I’m very disappointed in Verizon’s service, pricing, and customer support. I expected much better from such a large company.

Instead of helping I was told to go home and call 611 and have them help with my issue of phone going into sos mode and then losing caller id.

We had Giovanni as our representative and he was AMAZING. Typically when switching to a new service provider it’s about money and takes such a long time but he was speedy , accurate and explained everything in the best way. He saved us a ton of money by switching to Verizon from ATT. He also had such great people skills and spoke to us like we were friends. Although we were there for phones, he gave us advice on dogs lol, and now we’re thinking about getting one. His dog is absolutely gorgeous!!! He made us feel like Verizon is our new home for phone service and we are happy we switched. This guy needs a promotion! I never leave reviews but dealing with someone who actually takes their time and helping us the way he did he deserves all the praise !!! Thanks Giovanni !!
