After a horrible online customer service experience, I walked in feeling frustrated and honestly expecting the worst. Dely completely turned my day around. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue that wasn’t even caused by that location. Her professionalism and genuine desire to help made all the difference. I walked in angry and walked out smiling. Huge thanks to Dely for her support and outstanding customer service — she’s the reason I highly recommend this store!

He was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. We chatted while the phones were transferring info and he made the entire interaction a pleasant one. Verizon is lucky to have him.

I went to a different store that is closer to my home and left there to head right to the mall to get him to help me. His customer service skills are impeccable. He listens to the needs of his customers to cater the service to their needs! He is personable and kind. Don't waste your time going to other VZW stores. Go see Brandon at Brandon Exchange Mall (VZW closest to the food court).
