  I spoke with Tania, today to get a projector that was paid for at the Lakeland store she handled the process very well great customer service. If you want to give anyone a raise give it to her very polite and understanding. Definitely a 100-star employee. Thank you again! 😀

  Great tvs dont get me wrong but the customer service of lying about delivery then calling customer service and they dont fix their wrong doings is a no bueno in my book. Dont even get me started on their credit cards through citi bank. Thats a joke to. They do absolutely nothing to make it right!!!!!

  I am going to try and never shop here in life. I ordered a TV online and was out of town when it arrived so they put it back after 5 days and refunded my money. The TV was on sale when I purchased it and I tried to repurchase it and they refused to honor the price I purchased it at. They told me if I could find it on Amazon or another store that they'd match it so I did and after over 1 hour of back and forth they said they could NOT match Amazon's price because the TV wasn't actually being sold by Amazon but a third party through Amazon. I couldn't believe they put me through all of that for nothing!

  Félix was the Manager I talk very unprofessional I was here today and I was trying to buy a monitor and I talk to a old guy From the very first question, I could tell that he didn't want to help me because I'm Latino, and because he had removed my father's last name from my account, even though my Best Buy account still shows my father's last name, he refused to sell me anything. On top of that, the manager, Felix, was demanding a photo ID that showed my father's last name! The DMV takes away those old IDs because it's a legal name change, and you can't walk around with two IDs with different names.

  I recently experienced subpar customer service at Best Buy. Keith, a customer service representative in the Gaming computer section, initially approached my son and me enthusiastically. However, upon expressing our desire to browse before seeking assistance, Keith's demeanor changed. When we were ready to make a purchase, I inquired about the computer my son had selected, and Keith responded by stating that we were not his priority and that he lacked the time to assist us. The manager, who was present, appeared taken aback when I requested to speak with someone in charge, and he identified himself as the person in charge, prompting me to express my disbelief that such behavior would be tolerated. This experience has led me to decide that it will be my last visit to that store.
