    If you need to waste time and not being helped this is the place, managers walk around with an Ipad and when I asked 2 of them for help their response was I’m not the sales person I need to observe then I Waited 40mins to purchase an Iphone and nobody helped so I walked out. Idk what kind of management is that.

    I waited for some help for over 15 minutes while people coming in behind me were greeted and had their questions answered. I can only guess that my farm boots and baggy sweatshirt caused them to ignore me. I get better service from their chat feature. I was in the area and thought a person to person conversation would help me make my decision. I know better now.

    Absolutely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this Apple Store. I drove a long distance because I was told screen repairs are same-day and take about 30 minutes. I arrived an hour and a half before closing — plenty of time — only to be told it wouldn’t be done. No one ever said I needed to arrive before a specific time. The manager, Damon, was completely unhelpful and dismissive, showing zero concern for the inconvenience. This experience wasted my time, gas, and patience. For a company that claims to value customers, this location completely missed the mark. I’ll be rethinking my loyalty to Apple after this.

    Extremely disappointed in this Apple Store’s lack of professionalism and customer care I’m beyond frustrated with the experience I had at this location. I drove a long distance specifically because I was told that screen replacements are done same day and typically take about 30 minutes. I arrived an hour and a half before closing — well within what should’ve been enough time — only to be told they wouldn’t complete my repair that day. No one, at any point, informed me that I had to arrive before a certain time for same-day service. Had that been clearly communicated, I would have made arrangements to arrive earlier. Instead, I wasted my time and gas driving out here for absolutely nothing. To make matters worse, the store manager, Damon, showed zero empathy or professionalism. Rather than trying to help or offer a reasonable solution, his attitude was dismissive and indifferent, as if my time and effort didn’t matter. This is completely unacceptable for a company that prides itself on “premium” service. Apple needs to seriously retrain its management team at this location on basic customer communication and respect. I left frustrated, disappointed, and with my issue still unresolved. After years of being a loyal Apple customer, this experience left a terrible impression — and I’ll be reconsidering where I spend my money next time. They don’t even deserve one star!

    Absolute garbage experience. I ordered an iPhone with Apple over the phone. I scheduled a time to pick up but when I show up, they said I have to call some number so they can release the order. I sat there for over 15 minutes waiting for the order to be released only then to be told it’s another 5-10 minutes to bring the phone out from the back. How difficult is it to advise customers of this process before they get to the store? Completely negated any value or benefit of scheduling a pick-up.
