    Julian was absolutely awesome . I arrived very early for my appointment and they took me within 10 minutes. Julian took the time to explain things to me . He understood how frustrated I was and put me at ease!

    I came in for a phone repair and specifically told the staff I didn't have much time and wanted to book an appointment for another day. However, an employee named Tasha insisted she could get it done immediately, promising it would take "within an hour." I trusted her and stayed. I ended up waiting for 2.5 hours, and my turn didn't even come up. I had to leave without getting my phone fixed. Tasha completely misled me, and because of her false assurance, I wasted my only free Saturday morning for absolutely nothing. Very disappointed with the dishonesty regarding wait times.

    Best Apple location in Tampa. My continued experiences with Adrian and Adrianna have been the best. I will NOT visit any other Apple locations. Customer Service is needed, and you will always be taken care of. Make sure to request both Adrian and Adrianna for ALL of your Apple needs. Appreciating you both..🙏🤍

    was here a few nights ago to help transfer data from a broken phone to a new one and let me tell you it was soooo tedious. but I was specially helped by Austin and the manager on duty who I believe goes by Leo and although the process was lengthy they were extremely helpful and took the extra steps to make sure I was happy with my service all while assisting other customers. so happy with the experience overall and very grateful!

    1st time here and left very disappointed. No system at all on who is available to help you. You have to find a staff yourself. I know it is very busy during this time of the year. Finally asked this lady to assist us, she was really nice but she was already attending to other ppl and told us that we were 3rd in line and so we waited. We were there to trade-in son's phone, she had explained how it worked. I had assumed that all the details of trade-in were already inputted because I was already prompted to pay. I scanned my credit card to pay it went thru. So I asked/confirmed again abt the trade-in. She suddenly remembered that she forgot to check the phone for trade-in, admitted the mistake and had to cancel the transaction. She was also attending to another customer while attending to us (transferring phone data while attaching a screen protector). Thinking she might make another mistake she transferred us to another person. The other person had not much idea abt handling prepaid sim cards and transferring to a new phone. Suggested we go to AT&T after purchase for activation. I don't think there was a need. They should be able to take care of it. While in the store, I also got a text message from the bank saying that they put a hold on my credit card and was asked to call the fraud dept. I already knew it was bc of the large amount of canceled transaction. Of course, I was on hold for 30mins and cannot do anything at that time. The unenthusiastic manager said transaction didn't go through. I finally was able to call the bank and they said payment went thru and it got reverted so they put a hold on my credit card for safety reasons. We decided to leave the store instead bc they weren't helpful/eager to handle this situation. We got home, ordered online and it was such an ease. My son was able to transfer evrything to the new phone without going to AT&T. Never going back to this store. Stay away!
