  Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas, lo haría. Mi hermana y yo viajamos desde Orlando porque en la página de Apple el iPhone que queríamos aparecía como disponible en esta tienda. Al llegar, nos acercamos amablemente a un empleado que estaba desocupado conversando en español. Aunque lo escuchamos hablar perfectamente español, se negó a atendernos en ese idioma y desde el inicio nos respondió únicamente en inglés. Su actitud fue odiosa y despectiva. Nos dijo de mala manera que no había inventario, mostró un iPad y agregó: “solo tengo el de 2TB que vale $2000”, insinuando que no podríamos pagarlo. No ofreció ayuda ni alternativas, simplemente indicó que lo compráramos por internet. Experiencia decepcionante y poco profesional. No volvería.

  Went there after being Scammed via Apple Gift Cards and because I possess an Android phone, I Needed their Cooperation to send photos of Cards to Apple Support. Two trips there produced Nothing close to satisfaction. These Cards are Responsible for $100,xxx'S of Scammed Dollars to the General Public and their participation in Solving the Crisis was ZILCH 🚫 No Email for "Support" or of course I would have submitted that way!!! 😡

  I just wanted to say a huge thanks to all of the team in the Brandon shop in Tampa for helping me to unlock my phone yesterday and today Especially to Theodore who really made it so easy I was pretty stressed cos I needed to catch a flight the next day and he sorted everything with ease This is what excellent customer service looks like Thank you all!

  Came in to buy an iphone17 knew what I wanted. not a single person looked my way I asked an employee to help he walked away. I don’t understand if I’m buying $1,200 worth of product why no one would help me

  Came in for a problem with the Apple products and then when sat down with Josh, We gave the information that we had to Josh about the phone not being compatible with the headphones and he proceeded to try to sell us new headphones under the pretext of feeling "so nice" today. Then after explicitly telling him the problem, he not only doesn't understand nor test out the problem, he shifts the blame onto me for not relaying information properly and called it a hassle saying it was a waste of time for not giving the correct information. Then proceeded to ask for age which I found irrelevant and then brought up age against me saying that we should have just gotten apple care because teens are prone to destroy items and the charging port. African American, who wore gold frames with purple lenses. He decided to talk about being in the adult world while also being very condescending. Overall Horrible Experience and expected better.
