Felt like all they wanted to do was sign me up for a credit card. We were offered help many times but as soon as I said no to the credit card I was told that someone else would come help with what we actually needed assistance with but the person that was sent to help had no idea what they were talking about

Worst experience ever. Bought a TV from Best Buy yesterday on Amazon. I was promised to pick up by 1 PM. 1 PM came and went. Called the store. Got stuck in the endless AI loop. 2 o’clock comes, I decided to drive the 35 minutes to get to the store to pick up my TV. I get there. They are closed. How can you promise to pick up by 1 PM if you’re not even open? Call the store today to get a refund, 14 minutes on hold and I get connected to some customer service rep that works in some other country and cannot transfer me to the store apparently. She tells me to call back and see if they answer. I’m not going to do that.
So, Amazon tells me they cannot cancel the order. I cannot get a hold of a human at Best Buy, and they have my money and I want a refund. Apparently I can’t get a refund. And I’m not driving another 35 minutes to the store, because that will not end well.
Bottom line is that I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again. In the last three years I’ve spent over $15,000 for appliances in both of my homes. I’m done. If they’re too lazy to be able to answer the phone, I can find a better place to buy things. As for the refund, I’m just going to dispute it with my bank
Worse delivery service in my life. You can tell the low quality of a company that chooses to ship with Fedex. I will never buy anything from this company again. Good luck being put out of business by Amazon.
I recently visited the Best Buy in Brandon to find a high-performance laptop, and I’m very happy with the overall experience and my purchase.
I ended up going with an open-box model, which was a fantastic way to get a premium machine at a much better price point. The item was in excellent condition, and the staff was helpful in ensuring I had all the specs I needed for my specific work.
The store layout made it easy to compare different brands, and the checkout process for an open-box item was smooth and transparent. If you’re in the Tampa/Brandon area and looking for a deal on tech, I definitely recommend checking their open-box inventory first

I had an incredible experience at the Best Buy Brandon location. I was trading in my S23 Ultra for the new S26 Ultra and ran into a timing issue with my data transfer.
Sebastian at Geek Squad is a total pro, my transfer was going to run 45 minutes past closing time and instead of making me come back the next day, he and the Store Manager stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. Sebastian even stayed to help me manually transfer my eSIM and WhatsApp data so I wouldn't have any issues once I got home.
Huge thanks also to Jaguar and the store Manager for being so welcoming and staying behind after hours to help me out. If you need tech help or an upgrade, go see this team. Truly top-tier customer service!
