When we finally received the message saying the phones were ready for pickup at the store, we went in—only to find out that one of the phones had been sold because it had been there for too long. Now, all we’ve received is an apology, and we’re being asked to drive 20 minutes to another store to pick up another customer’s phone. Great customer service… apparently patience has an expiration date.
