I went in only to add a simple international calling add-on to make one urgent call to Brazil. Instead of helping me with what I asked for, the representative pushed hard to sell unwanted services, including a “free” Home Wi-Fi trial with misleading promises about pricing and contracts. Right after I left the store, I received multiple suspicious requests for someone to access my Verizon account — something that had never happened before. When I returned to cancel the services that I did not want, the staff insisted on false information, claiming I would lose benefits because of a “trade-in” that I supposedly did. I NEVER did a trade-in; I bought my phone outright at this same store. Because of their actions, my plan was changed without my permission, and canceling anything through the app or phone was made extremely difficult — almost impossible. This store uses dishonest tactics, pushes unnecessary services, and provides false information just to make sales. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this location if you want to protect your account and avoid headaches.
