My friend had a Green Dot card and was trying to get his phone service paid for and they couldn't help him Beethoven take the Green Dot card back to Walmart and do something there then Walmart told them to go to Total wireless and they actually were able to get the bill paid so that he would have phone service!!

I went to the BradentonVerizon at 4402 14th St Sw on 11/7/2025 because I have having several several issues with the customer service line for the last four months as I’ve been trying to remove two perks which which I’m told by every customer service rep that they can handle this and take care of it. But every month those parks are back on and I’m being charged. And I have to do call Verizon every month to again have them removed and get a credit. Many of the customer service reps are hard to understand and they talk over me. This has been ongoing again for four months. That is not acceptable. My name was called at the Verizon store and I told the employee that I didn’t wanna deal with the calls going to India anymore so I’m here. I was then verbally called a racist from the Verizon employee. I said no, I’m not being racist and I didn’t mean that in the contact that it may have been perceived. And I apologized. I was then asked to leave. And I said well I said I was sorry. And an Indian employee came up to me and told me I must leave your store. And escorted me out of Verizon and then I was told by the Verizon employee himself, that people like me are just white trash. Wow. I have been a Verizon customer for 22 years and that ended today.

this store will literally not help you with anything. They are rude.. they lie, they will add extra packages to your account that cost more money and never tell you, I was there when the account business manager attempted to kick my boyfriend out . he was reported and Verizon stated they would give my boyfriend 30% off his bill for the next 12 months and when he called about it after his bill got posted they said they had no note of that. Verizon is a bunch of thieves and liars. after how they have treated my boyfriend, I will be sure to never have Verizon

Everett Calendine was excellent. I came into the Verizon store with my mom who had a phone that was about six years old. We were looking to upgrade to a new iPhone, but didn’t want to spend a lot of money. Everett immediately suggested the iPhone 16 because it was very comparable to what she had today in terms of weight and size, and the nominal monthly fee it would cost to upgrade from the iPhone 11 that my mother had (about $3). He answered all of our questions and swiftly got us through the transaction. We then sat in the store and set up the phone by ourselves, and he was happy to answer a few questions that we had along the way. My mom had been putting this off for months because she was stressed about the potential experience at the store. Everett had patience of a saint, was very personable, and I’m so glad that we had him assist us. Wait time was only five minutes for a Saturday afternoon.
