- DVDebra VincentOct 19, 20253.0Took my apple laptop to be wiped clean and reset due to forgotten login. It was there for one week. When I was notified to pick it up, nothing had been done. I had to wait while it was taken in the back for the techs to enable me to add a new login. Not only that, all my sensitive info was still in the laptop, available for anyone at Best Buy to access. When I got home I discovered that they didn’t return my power chord. Have been able to get back to claim it due to very busy schedule. Tried to call the store, but instead got a centralized representative that said she would notify the store, and I never received a call back. I’ll probably have to purchase a new power chord now. Geek Squad has really gone downhill, service wise since becoming a member decades ago. Not only that, they now nickle and dime members for services that used to be free!
