Very nice experience here. The store is clean and the staff are extremely welcoming. They don't take long to assist and they are not pushy when it comes to the items. Definitely one of the best Best Buy experiences thus far!

I went to check out computers since Windows 10 is no longer supported, I needed to upgrade my 8 year old computer.
This particular salesperson has helped us in the past (years ago) and we were lucky to get him. His name is Chris M.
I was with my daughter, and the two of them were so very helpful. I am having cognitive difficulties since a recent stroke. Chris was the kindest and most patient person ( I had to ask many times to explain the same thing he had just told me.)
So very grateful that you have wonderful and knowledgeable sales staff.......and especially Chris's "patience of a saint"!
