  Diagnostics promised in one day. Took three. I needed the unit quickly because I was going out of town. Very disappointed.

  Terrible experience. I dropped my robot vacuum for service several months ago and now they can’t fix or find the receipt to replace my item. Very disorganized.

  I was early for my appointment, asked the worker Quinton if I could simply drop my device off and come back in a few hours. I was told that they needed to fill out paperwork and they needed to wait to see if the earlier appointments would show up, literally no one there. 3 workers and no one in line. I asked for manager (Chris) said nothing he could do. So I stood there and waited for my appointment, with workers sitting there. Horrible customer service.

  Please do not waste your time trying to get them to fix your phone. They are not Apple and do not offer the same quality service. I brought my phone because of no sound issues. They wasted an hour updating and testing and finally told me that they can't replace my phone with a new one. I need to take it to an Apple store and they will replace the phone. I wasn't sure why they wouldn't replace it, but they kept on saying they can't, due to policy. Even the Apple guy on the phone couldn't understand. I had to go to Apple 2 days later to replace the phone. Just plain stupid.
