I went in to cricket to buy a new phone for my husband while we are on vacation, and the manager left an employee who had only had 2 days on the job alone. She accidentally attached my elderly mother (who is down in Texas)'s phone number to my husband's phone. This made my mother's phone no longer able to make phone calls and we had no way to reach her to tell her that she had to go INTO A CRICKET store to get her phone fixed, leaving my mother 20 hours away with no phone and no way to reach her. They created an absolute nightmare first me to deal with due to not training their employees long enough.
