  Had an appointment today from 7 to 7. No one showed no one answered called left on hold. Noah could tell us what was going on. Very terrible service. Don’t recommend them to anybody. They don’t call back terrible business.

  I tried to schedule a dash cam installation. On their scheduler, it shows all their locations but when you look more closely, several (quite a few) locations say there are no available appointments. Ever? Do they even staff the Geek Squad there? Instead of being able to take my car across the street from my office, or 10-15 minutes away in 2 other locations, I would have to drive at least 45 minutes each way. If they would just say the reason ("No Geek Squad at this location") it would not be so frustrating. The phone bot is maddening but when I did get a human she was very nice, although she had no information. Needless to say - going elsewhere.

  I don't know if they outsource their contractors but they are some of the laziest human beings. Our washer broke. Took a week for a tech to come out so one week already without a washer. Tech ran a diagnostic test issue we originally reported was a POWER FAILURE. Tech ran the test and said washer is working then left. He didn't pull the washer and dryer out literally only ran a diagnostic and supposedly ran a wash cycle determined it was fine.-_- exited to actually be able to was clothes got home washed 1.5 loads of laundry washer had same error code come up, stopped mid wash with a soaking wet blanket. Can't even hang it to dry or finish the wash cycle still had soap. Called the geek squad next day, guy on the phone reads the tech notes he ran a Speed wash test. Who on God's green earth only washes their clothes for 15 minutes. That's the speed cycle btw. All the washers now a days have computers in them. I'm in IT the very first thing you are taught is to redo what the customer did so you can properly diagnose the issue and figure out how to fix it. We wash our clothes on the normal cycle so sorry if you would of had to stay for 45 min mister tech you're getting paid right? So booked another appointment soonest again was a week. So now going on 2 weeks no washer. Tech calls day of appointment and says hey I'll be out next week with parts. DOESNT EVEN COME TO PROPERLY FIGURE OUT WHAT THE ISSUE IS JUST SAYS HE WILL COME WITH PARTS. What an absolute joke. So now waited another week hoping that the parts they bring will fix the washer. WHO KNOWS IF IT WILL. No one has stayed long enough to figure the issue out. They are just going off what we've told them. They haven't pulled the machine out they have done essentially nothing. We haven't touched our washer for fear of doing something that will cancel the warranty. Have spent well over $100 at the laundromat because he we still need to wash our clothes right? So here we are week 3 no washer and hoping that this guy will have the right freaking parts. What a literally joke. Really hope you get it together and either higher better techs that either care or want to actually work.
