    Ordered item online “in stock” Order did not process because out of stock. Found that out when I arrived at store. Clerk was unwilling to assist in finding one in the area. Told me another location shows they have it. I asked if they can call to verify, they said no, that I can call or I can waste time and gas to go to the other location to find out they don’t have it in stock. There’s a reason stores are closing. Might as well order everything online

    My experience at this Best Buy location was unacceptable and left a very negative impression of the company as a whole. I came in expecting basic customer service and professionalism, but instead I was met with a manager who was rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. Rather than listening or offering any form of assistance, the manager spoke in a condescending manner and made me feel like I was an inconvenience simply for asking a question. This level of behavior from someone in a management position is shocking and reflects extremely poorly on how this store is run. Customer service starts at the top, and when management behaves this way, it’s clear why the experience is so bad. Because of this interaction, I will not be returning to this location and will be avoiding Best Buy altogether in the future. I strongly advise others to think twice before shopping here, especially if you expect to be treated with basic respect. THIS MANAGER IN THE IMAGE IS THE REASON I WILL NO LONGER SHOP AT BEST BUY AGAIN!

    Went there to check out the meta glasses...was trying to decide which paid i wanted. The young man was extremely helpful. I wish I could remember his name but I spoke with him before so that must be his specialty. Anyway he was a great help in me deciding to purchase. Unfortunately best buy did not have the ones I wanted in stock and I wanted to get them for a birthday present. Anyway, I will definitely go back. Recommend!
