    I had a delivery scheduled for my TV plus install between 1130 and 3:30 in the afternoon. No problem. Check in the app they said arrival should be around 12:30 that was great. Then from 1230. We went to 3 o’clock from three we went to 345 and then 415. No follow up call nothing what upsets me. The most is that I called in around three and the operator told me that they’ll be there shortly. I took a day off of work and accomplished nothing. I will never purchase from Best Buy again. Absolutely ridiculous. These companies think our busy schedules revolve around them. A follow up call would’ve been appreciated and we could’ve rescheduled. But don’t tell the Customer one thing and then it’s completely opposite.

    *** Geek Squad in‑home visit led to hardware damage; store/corporate won’t take ownership *** A Geek Squad in‑home “New PC Setup Only” service was scheduled and paid. The technician opened factory‑sealed PC components, started the build, then stopped and said it “could not be done in‑home” without providing a clear technical reason. After the visit, the parts were disassembled/repacked, which made it harder to verify the condition immediately. That same day I brought the components to Best Buy (Boca Raton / Store 554) for in‑store service, and I was later told the motherboard CPU socket pins were bent/damaged. Since the components were first opened/handled during the in‑home visit, the timeline strongly points to handling damage during that service. What’s most frustrating: instead of taking responsibility and providing a clear written resolution, I’ve been bounced between the store and corporate support, told there were little/no notes beyond “unable to complete,” and the process feels like delay tactics. I’m asking for a proper chain‑of‑custody inspection and written findings, plus repair/replacement coverage for the damaged motherboard and any related damage. If you’re considering Geek Squad for a new build, document everything, take photos before/during/after, and be prepared to fight to get accountability.

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Terrible experience and been a customer for 20 years, family has spent thousands and we will never go back again. Hope to see them go out of business. They do not care about you, made a huge internal error and wanted me to restructure my week and time to them. ON TOP OF IT WOULDNT EVEN OFFER ANYTHING FOR THEIR ISSUE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE EVER. If anything happens you’ll be the one paying the price, not them. Terrible company.

    I REALLY LIKE THIS PLACE BECAUSE IT HAS A WIDE VARIETY OF PRODUCTS TO CHOOSE FROM AND THE SERVICE IS QUITE GOOD. IT TOOK US A WHILE TO CHOOSE BUT WE ENDED UP BUYING A BIG TV. NOW WAITING FOR DELIVERY IN JANUARY. IT IS ALWAYS EXCITING TO GO TO BEST BUY !! THE BIG PROBLEM NOW IS THAT THEY DID NOT DELIVER ON THE DATE AND E FOUND OUT THAT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS THEY HAVE ON THE COMPUTER IS TOTALY WRONG ... WE ARE IN FLORIDA AND THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS IN NEW JERSEY ..😡😡😡 THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE MOST ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU MADE A PAYMENT FOR A BIG AND SMALL TVS .... I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞 WILL GO TO THE SHOP STILL TODAY ..😤😤😡😡😡

    I went in there to buy a television and stood by the televisions for help. After 5 minutes I signaled somebody down and asked them if they can help me. They didn’t look too busy. They said they’ll be right back… after waiting 10 more minutes I decided to find somebody else to help me. Then I stopped and gathered myself. Instead of help I asked them would I be wrong if I just picked up the TV walked to the front and cashed out myself? That person said no. He didn’t help me. But he said no I wouldn’t be wrong… so I proceeded to grab the television walk to the front to cash out. As I was leaving, everyone watched me carry the TV over my head the whole time. Upon exiting I said it’s crazy that I couldn’t get help buying this TV. Then last minute the man stuck his head outside of the store Front Door and said to me do you need help? I said no and continue to carry the television over my head to my car. It was 55 inch TV.
