Both the check-in employee and the associate who assisted me were unfriendly and clearly in a hurry. At one point, I made a lighthearted joke about whether buying two phones might come with a discount, and the associate responded rudely, saying that Apple doesn’t need to make discounts. The tone was dismissive and unnecessary, and it made the interaction uncomfortable.

Joe helped me out tremendously when my computer broke right before a big exam I was going to be taking. He helped to remedy the situation the best we possibly could given my time constraints. I went in to pick up an online order and something that’s supposed to be quick and convenient , but instead I ended up standing there waiting with no acknowledgment. An associate walked right past me and asked the person next to me if they needed help, completely ignoring me, even though I was literally right beside them. I had to call out just to get their attention. For a company known for “exceptional service,” this was a joke. If Apple is going to push online ordering and express pickup, the in-store experience needs to match that convenience. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
